Baby #2

Well, after a crazy month or two-it looks like everything is OK with Severson baby #2. I know everyone may not have known, but we wanted to make sure we knew what was going on for sure! The due date is October 15th and Mom is telling me I can wait for 5 more days and have it on her b-day! The house selling and buying is looking like it will turn out OK as well! We will let you know when we know that for sure. Thanks for all of your prayers!

The Cheap Seats

This has been Treston's new thing lately. He knows not to go up the stairs by himself, so he just sits on the bottom step. He will do this while we are in the living room and has started doing it on the kitchen side of our stairs as well. Another big thing for him this week is clapping. We have been trying to get him to do that for awhile, but it finally clicked yesterday. Drew informed me that he is also successfully using his spoon (it would look pretty funny to anyone looking in that it was a cracker on his spoon:) He keeps us busy and we wouldn't have it any other way! 

A Month's Recap

Sorry it has been so long since our last update! We have been a bit busy. Drew finished his basketball season and overall was happy with it. His "A-Team" went undefeated and his "B-Team" was 4-6 and really did improve over the season.

We have an offer accepted on our house and are anxiously awaiting the appraisal so we can feel more confident with the whole procedure. It is very hard for us to rely on these people buying our house so that we can buy our house in Algona. We found the house we want in Algona and we have an offer accepted there as well, so please pray for us that everything works out for us!

Drew enjoyed a snow day this Monday and we are waiting to see if he gets another tomorrow-we keep getting conflicting weather reports! My brother Jason and his fam got 20 inches on Monday!!

We have enjoyed a visit to the farm and helped with chores in the new barn; we also had a great time with the Seversons last weekend for Adam's b-day. Treston had a virus though, so he was crabby and then yesterday got a bad rash as a side effect of the virus! That scared me and and I frantically called Mom for help!
