Trick or Treat

Here the kids are with their finished product from the weekend! It was a warm night in Algona, so the kids were actually sweating in their costumes! Treston got a cold yesterday, so we kept the trick or treating short. Hannah really enjoyed getting candy and tried to grab a couple of handfulls at each house.

What A Difference A Year Makes!

Well, it has been about a year ago that we found out about Drew's cancer and he had surgery. We are so happy that everything looks good and he was able to only have surgery instead of kemo. I always knew he was going to be OK, but I thought the road getting there was going to be harder. Thanks to all of you for all of your help and prayers! This pic means a lot to me, because a year ago he had had the surgery and was not able to even hold the kids and now he can climb trees and hold BOTH of them. Life is good:)
We also enjoyed a night out in Algona for our annivesary-we found it was hard to kill 4 hours! We settled for 3 hours, brought the sitter home early and rented a flick.

Fall Pics

Here is our beautiful tree in our front yard! This was taken Saturday and now I'm sure all the loose ones came off with our 50 MPH wind!

Last Weekend

My mom and dad came up for a visit last Friday night. We had a fun time! They both played bowling on the Wii and they are now on our game, which Treston loves! Thanks for coming-we appreciated it:)

After Grandma and Grandpa left, we played in the leaves and Treston has turned into our little poser.

I tried to get a nice pic of the two of them, you know to possibly use for X-Mas. Well, this was what I got, which actually is kinda cute. The leaves from our trees have been messy, but hours of entertainment for them!

Happy Birthday Hannah!

This might be my new fav pic of Hannah. She sometimes is so goofy! We can't believe she is 2 already!

She enjoyed her ice cream cake. She enjoyed her meal of spaghetti pie before the cake. She got to pick between chinese and spaghetti (I thought (or rather hoped) she would pick Chinese to make less work for me. Oh well, leftovers for tomorrow.

Pumpkin patch + wedding

We went to Adam and Andrea's house a couple of weekends ago for Alexa's baptism and we went to a corn maze and pumpkin patch. Fun was had by all and we all got some pumpkins to remember it by.

For once Treston was smiling better than Hannah!
